Start with the free 15-minute Discovery Call using the scheduler on this site. We'll confirm fit, clarify your needs, and choose the right package. Once selected, you'll receive a booking confirmation, an invoice, and a scheduling link for your session(s).

The Discovery Call is free. For all paid engagements, payment (or the first month for retainers) is due before the first session. Invoices are sent electronically. Nonprofit, ministry, and multi-session payment plans are available on request.

Most Power Hours and Discovery Calls can be scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Intensives, retreats, and fractional engagements typically start within 2–4 weeks depending on availability and scope.

Rescheduling is welcome with at least 24 hours' notice using your confirmation email. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the session.

Fifteen minutes with Kelle to determine fit, clarify your goals, and recommend the right engagement. No obligation and no cost.

A focused strategic consultation (60 min, 3 hours, or 6 hours) with challenge identification, strategic recommendations, and written action items. Half- and full-day intensives add operational review, systems review, and an action plan.

Two 60-minute sessions per month with leadership development, accountability, decision-making support, and email support. The Executive Partnership tier adds two more sessions, priority planning, organizational strategy, and limited text/email support.

A 90-day transformation program with six coaching sessions, a strategic assessment, leadership development, an organizational roadmap, and ongoing accountability support. Designed for leaders and organizations ready to move from strategy to implementation.

Ministry Health Assessments and Board Development Workshops are fixed-fee. Strategic Ministry Planning and Nonprofit Planning Retreats are quoted based on organization size, session count, and complexity within the published range.

A tailored talk plus Q&A. Conference Keynote adds meet-and-greet time. Workshop/Training includes an interactive session with workbook or handouts. Travel is scoped separately for on-site events.

Discovery Calls, Power Hours, Intensives, Executive Coaching, Board Workshops, the Business Growth Audit, the Business Strategy Package, and Build · Align · Thryvn™ are fixed-fee. Ministry planning, nonprofit retreats, speaking, workshops, and fractional leadership are scoped ranges — the final quote is confirmed after the Discovery Call.

Billed monthly at the tier you select. The first month is due before the first session; each following month is invoiced on the same date. A 30-day notice ends the retainer at the next billing cycle.

No. Travel, lodging, and per-diem for on-site engagements are scoped separately and confirmed in your engagement agreement before booking.

Yes — nonprofit and ministry pricing is available on request, and payment plans are considered for multi-session packages and retainers. Ask on the Discovery Call.

Card and ACH via secure invoice. Digital products and select sessions are also available directly through the Kelle Kalisha Stan Store.

Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unstarted sessions inside a package or retainer can be rescheduled or, in limited cases, credited toward another Thryvn engagement. Refund requests are handled case-by-case.
